Why we started this

Global Back Service began when three of us — all experienced in different types of administrative work — noticed the same pattern. Solo practitioners we knew were talented at their craft but overwhelmed by back-office tasks. They needed consistent administrative support but didn't have enough work to justify hiring someone full-time.

We saw an opportunity to provide professional administrative services to multiple clients, giving each one the benefit of dedicated support without the overhead of a full-time employee. That's how we started, and that's still what we do.
